Mark guided us through every detail, from cabinets to countertops, and handled all the structural works as per the permit demands. They kept us involved every step of the way and ensured we were satisfied with every choice. We are so happy with our new space.

We didn’t touch the footprint, but the team still made our bathroom feel twice as big. Their design was simple: swap the tub for a full-width shower, move the toilet by two feet, and go with open shelving instead of bulky cabinets. It worked. The lighting is better, and nothing feels cramped anymore. The remodeling crew showed up early and stayed consistent. We loved that they didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need. Everything works better now. It was the right kind of remodel; smart and calming.

The roof needed more than just new panels. The rear slope had sagged from years of water pooling. We decided on metal roof replacement and had them reframe the rear section. After they removed the shingles, they rebuilt the slope to match the original pitch and added sheathing and waterproofing. Once the framing was fixed, they installed standing seam metal panels across the roof. Ridge caps, valleys, and drip edges were all upgraded. They also updated all flashing, including around the attic vents. It now looks sharp and feels much sturdier than before. It was done right.

This kitchen remodel included structural work we didn’t expect, because it turned out the ceiling had also sagged. Levi’s team fixed the issue before moving forward. Once that was fixed, they added new cabinets, opened the pass-through, and rebuilt the island to fit seating and power outlets. We also added a drawer microwave and swapped out the old tile floor for a waterproof plank. The kitchen area is modern and functional for our household. The project stayed on schedule start to finish.

Had ALR finish a landscaping project on my front parkway. I gave them the design and a rough drawing of how I wanted it, and they made the vision come to life. It looks beautiful and I’ve already received many compliments. I also had them pour a few concrete pads on the side of my house. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, completed the project, and cleaned up when they said they would. I would recommend them.

Just wanted to thank Tom and Levi and their crew for their hard work, I had multiple companies come out to quote out my roof replacement and after some consideration I decided to go with ALR Remodeling and I was so pleased I had them do my HVAC and attic insulation.
